I went into Pandora for the first time ever on July 16 I was looking for a special gift for my mother as it was her birthday and my father had just passed away three months before so I wanted something special unique and unforgettable again I have never been in the store before I knew nothing about it but the ladies in the store were more than willing to help me and make suggestions I will definitely be returning I was so happy with my purchase days later I went in and purchased my very own Pandora bracelet I cannot wait to start adding charms to it

Our salesperson Nora was very friendly and patient with us. She answered all of our questions and made us feel certain about our purchase. The store was overall very clean and had a very friendly staff.

Shay was absolutely amazing. I went into Pandora to exchange a ring I bought for my sister because it was too small. Shay explained to me that that particular ring runs a little small and that she’d be happy to exchange it. After exchanging it she showed me a few new pieces and I ended up buying $250 worth of new pieces for my collection and signing up for the Pandora credit card. Shay you’re amazing and thank you for all of your help!

The quality of the merchandise has always been great. I love the idea of being able to personalize my accessories. I will continue to shop Pandora and I’ve now inteiduced my daughter to Pandora.
