The sales associate was very helpful, patient, and engaging. She made sure to help me find the perfect gifts and made sure I was satisfied with the pieces before leaving despite changing my mind on a few charms. Not once was she bothered with my requests to swap out charms

Im a new customer. I visited the Pandora store inside the Fresno, Ca mall. I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything in which I replied with yes. I showed an image of a charm bracelet I wanted to look at and she pulled it out and guessed my correct size right away. All the ladies at that location were extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased my bracelet and clips that day. Now I will be purchasing one for my mom. Pleased with my 1 year warranty, free cleaning and overall visit!
