Quality of merchandise and exclusivity have gone down. Too many people in a small store Too much Disney stuff. Becoming too juvenile in taste. Associates not as fast or friendly as before. Still cute though but feel like it might not be worth the expense.

Para que irieran válida mi garantía… se batalló muchísimo, fuy a la tienda en modesto ca y no pudieron ayudarme con la garantía de mi producto, tuve que manejar 1:45 para ir a otra locación en fresno ca y hay lograron aplicar mi garantía… la asistente de la tienda en modesto no es buena empleada y no le da buen servicio a el cliente…

It advertised that I would receive a free bracelet with an order of 150.00 or more. I spent 183.00 and no bracket. Poor advertising

The girls who helped the customers, were very friendly and helpful. It was very busy, so I had to look around to see who was ahead of me. I think a number machine would be very helpful for the girls working there. They are busy helping customers to see who is next. The counters were filled with customers.
