I purchased several items. The sales associate was very nice and helpful. Second associate was also helpful in finding an item I was interested in. I’m just disappointed on the return policy. It was day 35 of my purchase. I was unable to return it. The charm is too too heavy and doesn’t stay upright on my O pendant. The charm is basically useless for me.

Too crowded in the store. Too many people talking at once and the store is too small. More people to help, service is slow.

The only reason I why I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, is because it took a long time for us to be assistant. When someone finally assisted us they were very friendly and helpful. Besides the wait time, overall experience was really good.

Overall we are highly satisfied, some of the merchandise are defected because of past returns but overall its very good and our salesperson is very nice.
