It was my first time there and the sales associate was extremely nice and friendly. The bracelet I selected fit my preference and found a style I loved.

They could not find my account so I had to open the credit account again

The selection of charms was not as large as what I was looking for and also they were out of the specific charm I wanted. We were able to place the order through the store but they were unable to give us an exact day on when it would arrive for pickup. Also they were not able to have it shipped directly to our house meaning I would need to make a 2nd trip to pick it up once it came in.

The sales associate was a little confused when I was trying to explain to her the ring that I was wanted to buy. I told her a flower ring and she didn’t rally underneath she brought me the wrong ring. It was on a picture in the display window and I tried telling her and I guess she didn’t pay attention to the pictures in the window on display.

there wasn’t any reason that i wasn’t satisfied with my pandora experience. for a first timer i loved it Ashley help me a lot in the store and made me feel very comfortable.

Fashion fair mall feels a little dirty but This is the only pandora store near me. So I have to come here but I don't particularly care for this location.

Nothing about my experience would make it highly satisfying. It was just a normal visit with a decent sales person.

I’m highly satisfied because when I got there they asked if it was my first time and what I was interested in. They gave me a catalog to look over the options I have on what I was interested in.
