I’m highly satisfied with my visit because I found what I was looking for in the matter of minutes. The salesperson was very nice and kindly guided me through what would work best. I will absolutely be returning!

We had to wait outside of the store in line before going in. There is not a nice periodot colored spacer. It took longer than expected.

Pandora has been the best place to shop for jewelry. The service always exceeds expectations. Friendly and helpful staff that help you feel satisfied with every purchase

I went to the store during what I later found out was the promotional period for the free bracelet when you purchase something like 150 dollars worth of stuff, but the deal was not once brought to my attention by any associate. I spent 165 dollars (which was above the range) and wish I had been told about the free bracelet.

The associate was very friendly and she even informed me that I needed a safety chain for my bracelet but when she showed me the options, they all looked like they had been returned and were tarnished looking. Same with a few Disney charms. I was going to purchase 3 charms but ended up only buying 2 due to the tarnish/dirty look of the charm.

Multiple items I want to purchase was not available at this store.

Service was good but not exceptional.

This question does not apply to me, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I bought a rose gold tree charm like a week before Xmas and went in after Christmas for another gift seen the charm was about $15 less asked if I can get adjusted rep told me I had to come on a separate date with same item to adjust just to me a waste of time when I had the receipt to prove just needed the adjustment just wasn’t satisfied with that after spending now over $300 between both visits.
