I was happy with how quickly I was able to get what I needed. Checkout process was quick as well. Very happy with how quickly I was helped, especially with it being the holidays.

I wanted the ring that i got in a rose gold color, but it was only available in silver color, and the price was a little expensive.

I was satisfied with the products that were displayed in the store but not to the point of being highly satisfied. Beautiful jewelry nonetheless.

Everyone was nice but some items did not have a price tag on them. For example the charm I purchased did not, when he charged me I purchased it but was surprised on the price.

No one greeted us for a long time. It was difficult to move around the store with the other customers in there. The associates were rude at first. They were just looking at me and not helpful. I was unable to find what I was looking for easily. The charms that I wanted were not displayed in the cases.
