I couldn’t locate what I was looking for because it was hidden. You had to have an associate to find things. I missed a sale by a day and there was nothing they could do.

The sales girl I had on this visit never once smiled. She didn't seem like she wanted to be helping me. I really felt she didn't want to be helping me, like I was beneath her. I hope I don't have her helping me the next time I go into your shop.

No customers were at the store, yet the sales associate looked bothered that I came in. Facial expressions are everything and a warm welcome would have been nice. Took her a few minutes to acknowledge me and help me. Maybe because I was in gym clothes? I felt judged immediately upon entering. Even her tone of voice was not very nice. It immediately changed though once she told me about this survey. So I k ow she has it in her. Try harder Lizeth P.

I went into the store to exchange a Pandora Link Me bracelet that I was gifted however, there was very limited stock/ sizing. I ended up being fitted with a display or used bracelet which I didn’t mind at first. The next day while wearing the bracelet in the light I noticed very minimal tarnish near the clasp and adjacent link. Any product whether it was display or used should have the same quality as a new product especially considering the price point for a 14k plated bracelet. Overall I had more understanding about the low stock of the product considering it is a new line of Pandora as well as being after the holidays however, I was disappointed that I was given a bracelet that had some tarnish on it. I ended up going back for a refund so that I could order one online and get the appropriate size and hopefully newer bracelet!

I felt like the salesperson has no knowledge of the things she is selling or she has no recommendation for me when I asked her if she can show me something similar to what I was looking for. Eventho I had a clear vision on what I like or want but I feel like she was no help at all. I felt discriminated

The worker could not wrap a gift. States she was too busy but no one was waiting after me.

I was not greeted when entering the store. It felt like I was intruding and clerk was not eager to assist. Other sales people were doing inventory on the counter and I was directed to the counter that didn’t have the sales people with their inventory strewn across the counter. It’s as if I was dissuaded from seeing all the merchandise. I was their to spend money Finding a different store to frequent.
