when I went to the store, I waited while the sales people waited on other customers, The customers were taking a very long time in deciding what they wanted as they looked through catalogs. During this time they would not break away from those customers to acknowledge me. after about 10 minutes of patiently waiting, another customer walked in and was immediately helped and given 100% attention. I informed the sales person that I was next in line, and she looked at me, and without any response, she continued to help the other customer. I repeated that I was the next customer, and she asked what I wanted, and I showed her a picture on my phone of the exact item that I wanted, which was a screenshot from your catalog. She said she didnt know where that item was and asked the other sales person if she knew. The other salesperson knew about the item, but told me that someone will be right with me. At that time the manager Nicole came and helped me and was very helpful. I'm writing this so the staff can treat everyone fairly, and not consider some people important and others unimportant. You can't always tell if a customer is going to spend a lot or little based on their looks.

I often visit the Fresno ca store and the associates are consistently unwelcoming and the store is not inviting . I have walked in and they did not acknowledge me just continued to talk amount among themselves and I consistently feel that I’m putting them out asking for help. I love the jewelry though so I go back . A lot of times I shop on line and just go in and pick up what I want so I don’t have to deal With them

I assisted my son in law with a gift for my daughter for their anniversary. She returned the item and received horrible treatment from the manager. I am ashamed that we went there now.

I was very satisfied with my visit today. Not sure why is states “Not Satisfied “, unless I checked the wrong box. Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole was very helpful and patient with me. The whole staff is awesome!

I’d like to complaint Ms Cannie Brewer, she talked so loud and rude to me, she didn’t let me explain and asked me to leave, I said but I have to settle this returning, she even called security (I was with Mr 5yrs old daughter). There was lots of customers around us, she didn’t control herself and called the security to make a big scene, also I never seen a sales have 3inchs extended nail with lots of bling bling and sparkling decorations, especially she is selling jewelry. I don’t know the customer can focus on your products or distracted by her nails. Also those nail will easy scatch your jewelry too. Idk how she qualify to be a manager.

My son and I went with with two items never used and they denied an exchange we shop there 3-4 times a year and they wouldn’t exchange it since it was passed 30 days I was even going to spend more money with the exchange they kept referring me back to online customer service

Nothing everything was good but I had wait for couple minute until another customer was going and associate who was phone. I wasn't satisfied everything was good and I got the product what I need. Plus, they were waiting was ensure no stealing and they were keeping our safety customer and the staff.

The employees were very rude and unprofessional not only was i given the wrong jewelry but i was not aware that upon wearing the item out it becomes final sale. Now I’m stuck with a item i DO NOT want due to the employees rushing and not disclosing all policies or closely paying attention to want the customer wants
