Nora S was so rude when I asked her to see some charms she said “ wait you wanna see everything!” When I had only asked her to see two charms not a very nice person

Went to pay with my bank of america prepaid visa card and assoicate stated that my card is not allowed because the type of card and the purchase is not a necessity. It is not the associates business what type of card I was using as long as it was in my name and it there was funds.

The sales associate didn’t not charge me for all of the items I selected. I specifically asked her what I was being charged for and she listed my selections. So I didn’t question her again. After leaving I was texted that I needed to return to the store to rectify the situation. I’m unable to go in until the next day. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience, apparently my time was worth $10. My purchase was over $300. I will not be returning to that location.

I waited thirty minutes to be helped and the sales associates were very rude.
