The sales associate that finalized the sale was the second sales associate. The first had to leave. The second associate made the opposite recommendation that the first associate made regarding the size of bracelet to get and I agreed totally with the second associate. She was kind and helpful and made us very comfortable. She also shared about financing but wasn't pushy. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.

It was awesome i picked up my order that i made online and my order wasnt ready. nicole let me pick up my order early. She was very helpful and she even cleaned my older pandora rings!
