The reason for my visit was to replace a ring and a pair of earrings that was missing a stone and the earrings had a clasp that was broken. I’m thankful the sales associate could fix it. However, I’m a little disappointed that you only have a year to return items that you have purchased. But other than that I had a great experience in the store and with the sales associate. She really did come through and help me fix the earrings that I had Bought.

I was highly satisfied with the employees they were very nice and helpful. I was really highly satisfied with all the beautiful rings and necklaces that I had saw. I will definitely be back and buy a gift for my mom.

Associate was super friendly. Was helped right away! I found exactly what I was looking for! Very helpful with her knowledge on the merchandise and was able to answer questions I had.

Kayla H was awesome she helped me pick out the beautiful clips and also cleaned my bracelet. As many times I have went there no one has offered to do that. She’s awesome I would give her a A+.

Came in n to pick up some items I ordered for a wedding. Annalise was super helpful. Ended up getting another charm to get a free rose gold bracelet.

For starters Penelope was very welcoming into the store. Not only did she take in consideration of our wants but was very educational about what to recommend which ended up being the right choice. She was very corporative with myself and my girlfriend as well a friendly in every way possible. This is my second purchase at the Fresno location and I will for sure be coming back to this location as being one of my favorites.
