Marina helped us immediately as we came in. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and then took out different charms I was thinking about. She then helped us do the credit card since they had a special to get a free bracelet. She offered to clean my bracelets and then helped me design and put them all back on, including my new bracelet. Very helpful and seemed happy to help me from beginning to end , even though we were there for over an hour.
