The merchandise was easy the view and I appreciate the display where you can try on the rings before getting an associate to try on the actual ring. Thalea was eager to help me and was smiling & friendly.

All associates were very nice and greeted us as we walked through the door and also asked if we needed help with anything. All associates were quick to response when asked for help.

Nicole is so nice and exciting to shop with! Her customer service goes beyond! Also she makes it fast and easy and she knows her stuff!

While shopping at the Pandora store in Fashion Fair Mall, my salesperson Nicole was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
