The staff is friendly, the store is clean, once entered through the store the staff greats you directly and helps you out with what your looking for and the staff recommend some products for any occasion

I originally went to exchange an online purchase and to buy new charms but the first person that greeted us told us we weren’t able to exchange my online purchase even if our online itemized receipt said otherwise. I took the physical receipt that was given to me with my online shipment and also showed an email confirmation of purchase and notification of shipping but this first sales person still said it was not able to be done, that it had to be shipped back by mail. I said we would go ahead and do that and waited to be shown the charms I wanted to purchase but she left us unattended and went to the back without coming out again I asked Marina to help us and she showed a lot of enthusiasm to help us find the perfect charms. She answered all our questions and made really nice recommendations and helped us feel at ease during the second half of our visit. I will continue to seek for Marina each time I am in need of any Pandora services. She was an exceptional help!

My daughter send me a beautiful pandora bracelet with 2 heart charms, one from her and one from my granddaughter,I have never own a pandora bracelet, so I took it to the store so they could show me how to open and close the bracelet, since it came from N.C. Where my daughter lives. Salesperson was very helpful.
