Really nice people. Great customer service.

When I arrive to Pandora, there was only 2 associates in the store and a person in front of me. The line typically does on average does not exceed a couple of people in line. This time around, there was a line out the door and during this time the store was short staff. When I was allowed entrance to the store, I was greeted by associate Penny. My entrona for today’s visit was to clean multiple jewelry pieces and not make a purchase. Penny apologized for the long wait and provided excellent guest service. She was very knowledgeable about the products I own and answered my questions about future purchase of jewelry items. Consequently, I could not resist and made a purchase of several items. I am very pleased with the bracelet and charms I bought that day. Nevertheless, Penny took her time and ensured that my experience was pleasant as did not rush my purchase experience. Penny ensured that my bracelets and charms were cleaned thoroughly. As stated before, I was discouraged by the line that was formed due to short staffing; however, I was pleased with the phenomenal service that Penny provided.
