The salesperson was professional and quick. The store had the merchandise I was looking for. The transaction went smoothly.

As soon as I was welcomed in to the store, I was greeted with smiles. They ladies in the store were attentive and quickly came to assist me. Hailie P helped me and quickly gathered options for me to choose from, once I told her what I was looking for. Hailie was attentive, happy, and was very accommodating. I would rate this transaction a 10/10.

I really appreciated the fact, the store was empty, and there were 2 other sales associates in the store that saw me come in first. Not 1 of them acknowledged I even existed while they continued to talk to each other. Lizbet was working at another counter and looked up and said “hello and welcome in” “I’ll be with you in just a second”. This is the second time that I have been in this store and I excused the 1st instance but not the second time of feeling ignored. My daughter works at Pandora in San Jose and if I need anything else, it would only be from my daughter or Lizbet.

Went in and was helped by Nicole, she is amazing! She helped me put together a beautiful necklace for my moms birthday. She answered all my questions and even wrapped the gift. I can’t wait to surprise my mom. Thank you Nicole!!!!
