Me and my fiancé were shopping for Mother’s Day gift for his mom and grandmother and I was so grateful that I have a sale associate Jocelyn to help me get them both an amazing gift she was so patient and kind and helpful I couldn’t not thank her enough honestly she has The best customer service I have ever seen so far in my life not only was she still hopeful she was so patient with me and my fiancé on deciding on what to get them but she also helps us pick the perfect gift for both of those I cannot thank her enough for helping us because with all her I was like I know what we would do he truly has a great employee working there for you guys she deserves recognition for her hard work and such a kind person overall I will go back to that store just because of her because I was felt like I was taken care of and Listen to the things I wanted and she definitely delivery done at even went above and beyond presentation wise for the gift for the both of them overall greatest experience I’ve ever been there all thanks to Jocelyn

Good customer service

Other than the COVID restrictions everything went smooth. Waited one hour and 15 minutes to get in the door not a problem I expected as much based on the country current situation. Staff was super friendly and helped out with all questions I had as well as revisiting customers that I was in line with as I was a first time purchaser.

It’s was amazing the sales associate knows her stuff and very kind.

The customer service I received was excellent thanks to an employee named Nicole. She was friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. She took her time to make sure I found what I was looking for even though it was a busy day when I went. It was thanks to her my experience at the store was quick and excellent.

This is my favorite Pandora location, and my most regular. Other Pandora locations I’ve visited in the past never compare when it comes to customer service and attendance. The staff here is always super helpful and quick to find what you need. They even make suggestions based on your taste to ensure you have options and don’t feel limited.
