I had a hiccup with doing an order online/pick up in store situation but Nicole T and Angelina were very patient and very helpful and did everything they possibly could to help me out, they are the definition of amazing customer service.

Me and a friend of mine walked in having the idea that we were just going to get a set of matching rings, but the associate was so good that we ended up getting three matching sets of rings and two bracelets as well.
