The customer service was great! I was shown many products before making a final decision on what to purchase. The rings are all beautiful and high quality.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and most importantly, very patient with me. I couldn't decide what I wanted and she never made me feel rushed. She also listened to what I like and knew exactly what to show me.

I found half of the items I was looking for, after checking online and shows that there was no more, I went to Pandora and they had it.

I did like the cleanliness of the store. The store could improve on the merchandise available for purchase in store. If it’s possible to have associated order products for customers that should be something they offer to do when the store doesn’t have the desired merchandise in store.

The sales associate was really nice! She brought out many styles of rings & even helped me with sizing my finger since I did not know what my size was. She had a good sense of humor & everything worked out perfectly.
