My experience was with Nicole. I ordered a Pandora charm off Amazon and it didn’t fit the Harry Potter charm bracelet she has. So I went in for a necklace she can wear with it and Nicole was kind enough to put the necklace on so I could see how it would look on my girlfriend. I also got a Baby Yoda charm. She packaged both of them in gift wrapping for me. Another employee helped with wrapping one of the items which I really appreciated as well. I will definitely be back!
