Oh my gosh Hilda and Nelly were amazing!! Hilda helped me get my bracelet looking brand new and Nelly helped me pick two more charms to add to my bracelet. These two were extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be asking for these two next time I come here. So grateful
