The person helping me was super nice. She was helping me in the charm details and any specials. She also offered me the credit cards. I really love the store.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The staff seemed genuinely interested in their product. It is not just a paycheck to them.

I was visiting Dallas store service was great. I live I Atlanta and will continue to search for personable charms. Love the products and could use some promotions though from time to time. As a Pandora card holder that would be great to see.

I had gone to the other Pandora in Allen TX which is 5 miles from home but decided to instead drive 15 miles to this location bc of how great service is.

The ladies at the Northpark Pandora Store were super friendly and did an amazing job helping me select my bracelet and my charms. They assisted me throughout and I felt super helped and welcome being there. Will definitely have to visit this store more often because the employees were friendlier than a different Pandora store I went to previously.
