I was looking for gifts for my sisters. The young lady who helped me was patient and knew her merchandise. There were not enough pieces of each charm or bracelets and that was frustrating.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. I SHOP AT PANDORA IN NORTH PARK DALLAS AND I LIVE IN SHREVEPORT, I VISIT THE STORE MAYBE ONCE A MONTH. NELLY MAKE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY PARTNER. SHE TREATS US LIKE SHE HAS BEEN KNOWING US FOREVER. SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHO WE ARE WHEN WE COME IN AND WE DONT VISIT REGULARLY. I WAS SO HAPPY TO KNOW THAT SHE REMEMBERS US WHEN WE CAME INTO THE STORE.
