Ms. Patti, the manager, was nice and helpful. I, Teresa Taylor, came prepared with written prices, merchandise numbers to get exactly what I wanted however some items were not available. She informed me of charms and dangles to complete the 2 bracelets purchased. GOOD JOB.

Patty was awesome she helped my grandma with explain what she needs . Her be able to speak in Spanish is awesome .. patty went above and beyond my grandma now only wants to go see patty at Pandora
