The employee was so sweet and helpful with helping me pick out charms are made the whole experience amazing, especially when she heard I had never owned a charm bracelet and always wanted one

Every charm I wanted was in stock. The ladies and especially my sales associate had the best personality. I bought my mother a bracelet the weekend before and came back to start my own. I like the accessibility of the store and I like the intimacy of the store. my next purchase will be more charms and rings. I was given a catalog to take home and saw so much more that I wanted!

Had wonderful service, associate helped us find what we were looking for and had great recommendations about the products. I would recommend this store to my other Pandora fans. Compared to other stores I been to they are welcoming the whole time.
