I was satisfied with my shopping experience

Not a lot of charms in store

I wish someone would have told me the bracelet I initially bought was not strong enough for charms, and had informed me about the clasps to keep the charms in place.

Only 1 tablet worked and the sales associates had to share. I felt like I was in there a long time.

Sales associate took care of me but was certainly not friendly and seemed put out to help me.

Although my experience was pleasant overall, I was not able to return a bracelet because it was purchased at a different location and this particular location was a franchise.

I didn’t feel like the associate gave me the time to make a selection nor did she recommend anything. Also it was my birthday month & I’m a Pandora cardholder & I kind of thought she was supposed to clean my jewelry which she didn’t offer to do. Thanks.

The charm I wanted was not in stock at this store
