Sales person was nice, service was fast, but there did not have a big selection. I still found a nice item for my mother.

Not alot of options to choose from, alot of charms wasn't in-stock, store too small, not enough sales associates

Associate Daisy was very patient and helpful.

I did not receive my complimentary bracelet, that had been advertised, as free with a purchase. I thought it was automatic, but they told me they didn’t have anymore. Considering I spent nearly $400, it would have been nice to receive a complimentary bracelet or at least a substitute free gift with purchase.

Well I knew what I was shopping for, and it was a gift for my mom, but I felt as though the cashier was rushing me to make the purchase

The Free $150 bracelet was not available after $150 purchase as highly publicized/marketed

Whenever I walk into this pandora takes a moment to be greeted and asked if needed assistance even tho it's a small store. They usually talk down to me when asking about product knowledge.

I think Pandora should do some promotions on customer's birthday.

They did not have my exact size (5.5)
