Been trying to get these 2 particular charms and they're always out of stock.

Staff members were standing around talking and when asked for help they decided to help other customers besides us. Felt somewhat of racism in the air.

Everything was great except when I wanted to purchase a necklace and earring set & the price that was advertised wasn’t the price I paid for it.

I was very happy with everything here. Its my first time coming to this store. My child and I were looking for something specific, but walked happy with what he chose.

The sales woman that “helped” me wasnt very pleasant. She was more concerned about the nails of another customer. After failure to upsell me on MY FIRST Pandora purchase ever, she didn’t want to be bothered with me after I told her I just wanted too start with the basic bracelet and charm. I almost left the store for lack of good service, but I wasn’t going to let her rain on my parade. Sales reps should be pleasant regardless of how much you’re able to spend. I was disappointed,, especially seeing how the other two reps were enthusiastic with their customers. :(

Al hacer el cambio hubo un error en los productos y luego quise cambiarla en otra tienda, pero no aparecía la compra inicial. Luego se pudo solucionar.

I visited this pandora previously and was serviced very well, shortly before this visit i went to a pandora location in Mesquite Tx, it was night and day service. The North Park location is the most clean, neat and organized location and have the best staff. The cleanliness stands out

Sales Associate didnt seem very happy helping me and was not able to bring my 12 year okd biece in because it was a 2 people limit.

My visit was just mediocre, it was not bad, but it was not great either. My sales person was not overly excited, but was not horrible. it seemed as though she was "just at work". Although, she did have knowledge of the product, my son had to find the charms that he wanted me to have simply because she was not looking, saying "Mothers day just passed so a lot of things are out". I did receive the bracelet and charms I wanted , so at the end of the day I was satisfied. I was not highly satisfied I would say mostly becase, when I came into the store, it was after a couple days after Mothers day, and also during this pandemic. I understand the conditions of the store. No more than 2 guest at a time. Which was fine it just my son and I. I love my bracelet and my charms, I have been wanting a Pandora bracelet for about 15 years, so I am excited to finally have it, and look forward to adding to it. Overall, my experience with this location and sales person was just satisfying, not anything more.
