I was here on a trip. It was nice to visit a pandora that isn’t local to me. No negative comments.

Because the prices are super high. Even though I continue to shop there.

The location is very small and the associates did not greet me.

The sales associate was not sure of any of the prices of the items. Also did not appear to be interested in selling to me. Truly disappointing as I love North Park Mall but feel that I may have to shop at a different location.

I was satisfied with Pandora as well as the brand. The only concern I had was the quality of the braclet that I had to return and how long it to for the sales rep to realize the problem and exchange the merchandise.

One of the assoicates wasn't so friendly. When she saw I was spending money she than ask the person that helped me if she needed help. Sad.

Wait-time to be attended to. I had a simple exchange (for same item, different size). Had to basically "wait in line" for about 10 minutes before finally being attended-to by one of the store associates (cashier was aware of my visit, greeted me on arrival and informed me I'd have to wait for one of the ladies on the floor to become available after taking care of other clients). On my first visit, when I purchased the item I was exchanging for size, the ladies were friendly, however, same wait scenario. I when the associate took out the bracelet I wanted to see, she simply held it up like a dead squirrel...I expect any jewelry store to, at the very minimum, upon taking a bracelet out, at least lay it over their hand to present it so I can get a better glance at the bracelet; it's called salesmanship. I believe better training on being more customer-attentive is imperative at this store. And treat men equally to women as customers.
