Although I was satisfied overall with the experience, the item that I was looking for was limited. They only had 1 left and when the lady pulled it out of the organizer box and it had lint hanging on the earring, I was uninterested. The item also looked bigger online and when the sales associate told me that it comes in a square shape and they had more of that one and I saw that it looked bigger, it was the better value. If there was a value deal for buying the necklace and the earrings, I would’ve done that.

Its because when I visited the store, I was not given many options to look at the jewellery. I asked for small loops earings, the sales person showed me only 2 choice. I was not sure if she had more but I felt I should have been given more choices.

It wasn't really actually about the product just that when we entered i guess the sales associates are just a bit tired to greet us warmly but it ended up well when we purchase something..just that a bit hesitant to buy at first coz they were like not smiling at first..that's all but it ends in a positive way coz they ended up assisting us conveniently.

I found a fly flying around in the store. also when I went home and take a good look on one of the charm, it has a small defect on it. I will go back this weekend to exchange it.

I purchased a necklace the necklace is really lightweight and it don't lay straight have to keep adjusting it

The store was a bit small and the associate had a very strong accent and was difficult to understand at times.
