The store is quite small so with three other customers in there it is not easy to move around. I noticed a few of the display pieces that were very tarnished and in need of polishing.

The experience was just satisfying, it was an average visit. No one did anything wrong but they didnt make the visit extra special either.

The sales rep Nelly was very distant and not all helpful. She lack the enthusiasm needed. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

There were 3 salespeople gathered around me as I looked at rings. I wasn't the only customer in the store. They were all offering different opinions. I don't know why all 3 (and at one point, 4) salespeople felt that was necessary. If was off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked if the rings were part of the Fall sale. They all said no. As it turns out, the ring I selected was on sale.

The second sales associate I worked with was not very friendly. I was exchanging a birthday gift (bracelet) for a larger size. She asked “is this even new?”, referring to the bracelet I was gifted for my birthday in April.

Tenía dos cupones de 10% off casa uno y solo me pusieron uno, nunca me dijeron que no se podían usar juntos hasta que me cobraron y mire el ticket, regrese y entonces me dijeron eso, cuando al inicio me dijeron que si podía usar los 2.
