Not very friendly

Love the products but not inclined to visit the NorthPark Dallas location anymore because the sales associates are dry and do not seem happy to help. They don’t even try to encourage sales, or educate you on the product and barely speak. This has happened twice at the same location. Usually, I wouldn’t have purchased but I needed to get gifts and didn’t have time to worry about someone’s flaky attitude.

The sales associate was knowledge and I felt she was pushy and assuring with her recommendations. She made me feel unknowledgeable for having the ideas I did.

I saw something online but you don’t have it in your stores and that’s happen often.

Because there wasn't anyone telling or guiding you to the promotion or not even mention that you had a promotion buying two hundred dollar's. And there wasn't any more free bracelet's in the store with purchase.

The lady had a attitude and not fully completely listening to what I was asking for. I wish they had my charm I was looking for. Everything else about the Store & service was fine.

Because the items I purchased were last chance and 2 out of 4 item were broken in less than 48 hours and now I’m stuck with nothing due final sale policy.

I will go to different locations because this one doesn’t have anything there. And they have one Lady that should not be there. The service not great like the one in the galleria mall.

All the pieces in the store I felt like I was only shown a limited amount. Next time I will browse on line before going to the store.

The salespeople were nice but not engaged in the sale and very problem-solving oriented.
