The saleswoman who sold the ring to me was rude and in my opinion, unprofessional. When I asked about the ring I wanted, she was brash in her response and answered me in an arrogant way. She should be polite to all customers regardless of stature and age.

I let the associate know I wanted to make an exchange, I received a charm for Christmas that I did not like. I'm not sure if the staff is commissioned, but when the associate realized I was making an exchange she seemed uninterested in helping me. She rushed me, and every question I had she gave me a short answer and seemed uninterested to help me. I have encountered associates like this at the store in Town East Mall in Mesquite texas and the Northpark mall store in Dallas Texas. The stonebriar mall in Frisco location is awesome!

I was visiting the Dallas, TX location was advised that my receipt would be emailed. However, I didnot receive the attached receipt. Therefore if I want to exchange or return I am unable to do so. I have contacted the store via email and no reply.

I came to the store asking about the sale going on and lady showed me one bracelet which I told her can I see the rest! She was not trying to help me at all she wanted to leave and in the middle of her helping me she told me I will leave you with my other coworker she will finish you up am about to leave.

This is my first time buying from Pandora. I had been wanting to but never caved in. I saw a bracelet in the window display that caught my attention. I went inside and asked for more information. Browsed around the store and saw another bracelet I liked. I asked the sales representative if I could see it. She took it out. Both bracelets were beautiful. However, she lacked motivation to sell. She didn’t recommend any other bracelets, no charms. I loved the way the rose gold looked with the heart so I decided to go with it. She rang me up and that was it. It wasn’t until after I purchased it and looked up reviews that I saw there were different sizes. Unfortunately for me, the bracelet I purchased was too big so now I have to go to a different location and see if I can get a smaller size. If not, I’ll be returning it. I also had to go online to learn more about the warranty and how to maintain my jewelry clean. Had the sales representative suggested I buy a cleaning kit, I would have purchased one. I usually shop at Kay jewelers and they have always had great customer service, it’s very disappointing that my first Pandora experience was not a good.

The sale Associates was rude, I understand I only bought one item and it was not that expensive. I never encountered the not welcoming vibe like this before. Very disappointing.

The sales associates style of sell was most problematic. For instance, my daughter repeatedly expressed that she preferred to purchase the bracelet with the traditional clasp. The associate continuously tried to seek her a bracelets with decorative clasps. She even acknowledged that she understood the bracelet because she repeatedly referred to it as “the $65 bracelet” and saying”our store usually sells bracelets in the $95 and up range.” I finally said we’d visit another location if they don’t have one and that I likely have a new one at home to give my daughter, the associate produced a bracelet with a more traditional clasp, but not the exact one we expected. We got it and moved on, but it was disappointing that this women seemed unwilling to sell my daughter the bracelet she preferred. So dismissive. Though my daughter wore the bracelet out of the store, my daughter was not given a box nor jewelry bag for storing her silver! I will only return to this location for the purpose of retrieving those items.
