The sales associate didn’t introduce self, didn’t give me options or strategy of sales/ marketing. She never explained policy until I asked. Did not share how to take care of the product

The service was really bad. The way she talked to me was very rude and NOT manner. Her intonation was very rude. It was my first time buying a product at Pandora but she was like “That’s how Pandora works!” I was really close to just not to purchase a gift and go home or go to different store. The service was really BAD and I still mad if I think about it.

I went to the NorthPark location horrible experience. It was not posted that only 4 people at a time first so I walked in,and the moment I walked in I was literally yelled at to stand outside. The lady was very rude and didn’t show interest in showing us any merchandise. I had no other option then to buy something anyway since Mother’s Day was around the corner but I am very disturbed in the way I was treated. I will only do online shopping since I really enjoy your products,but will NEVER again buy in store.
