When arrived to location I requested a specific piece and size. Due to my inexperience I ended up getting the wrong size. I feel that the attendant just wanted to make a sale, and not satisfied my need

The associate was not very warm. I had been gardening all day and lost track of time and rushed out the door to the mall. When I passed by the store I remembered I wanted something from there and walked in. I realize I didn’t look polished, but I didn’t expect to be treated as if I was out of place. The associate was a bit nicer when she realized I was actúa going to make a purchase, but my experience was ruined.

This is the second time I visited Pandora at NorthPark in Dallas that did not have what I was looking for. NOT very happy.

My boyfriend and I were doing some holiday shopping and I found a ring that I fell in love with. The associate did not have the ring in my size, she tried to push the sale of a larger ring that was clearly falling off my fingers for about 10 minutes. She also pushed the sale for us to by it anyways and it be shipped to the store with out giving us any clue as to when it would be in the store. After her pushing we purchased the ring just to find out a nearby pandora had my ring in the correct size so that I could have had it by Christmas. I still have no clue where the ring is that she ordered or when it will be in the store.

I went to return a purchase I had made the day prior that I payed cash for. I was told i couldnt be given a cash refund, i showed the associate the reciept says your return will be refunded by original payment. I was given a hard time about the return , manager and associate claimed there wasn't money in the drawer for the return.. I fought it saying id like my cash back since they were able to accept my cash, finally they got my cash back.. from the drawer.

The sale associate was not nice at all, customers service so bad , espeacially the sale lady at north park mall in Dallas , Texas was so impolite

The sales associate was very judgmental and not offering to help when I wanted to ask her what would pair nice. She also said it would take too long to clean my jewelry

The sales associate was quick to assist me which I appreciate, but she was very rude after I came back because I was confused about my purchase. She quickly became passive aggressive with me & had a nasty attitude that I didn’t appreciate. I don’t know what I said or did that bothered her, but she was not kind & it ruined my experience. Almost 90% of my jewelry is from Pandora & I’ve never had an issue when purchasing from here. I don’t know if Nelly was having a bad day or something happened, but I hope she’s kinder to other customers.

The sales representatives did not appear they wanted to assist in my purchase. I was asking her a questions about selection availablility and she walked away to another customer. I asked to order something online and was told she couldn't help with that.
