La seńora al entrar nos dijo un comentario no muy professional. Nos dijo q en pandora nadamas ay anillos de 70 para arriba y no habia preguntado yo antes de esto le dije que nadamas estaba mirando y despues nos dijo ese comentario. Me sentimos muy ofendidos por su comentario. No sentimos el interes en vender y ayudar a la jente y nos quiso tipo humillar.

I had 2 bad experiences w/ Pandora within the past week. One with the online pick up in store. my items where cancelled the next day but was suppose to be ready same day within 2 hours. Im pretty sure my items were sold during a rush and left me without the merchandise that was suppose to be in stock when I purchased. Also I took advantage of the free bracelet was able to select the bracelet during my checkout but later was told at the time of shipping it was out of stock. It should not have been offered to me if it was out of stock. I was a loyal pandora customer but after this shopping experience I will no longer shop at Pandora.

The salesperson Nelly G. Over looked me and ask the woman behind me if she needed help. The lady told her I was next, Nelly never said hi, she didn’t smile. When I asked her about items she didn’t want to tell me about the items. I brought my little sister in to get her first bracelet. The experience was bad, Nelly put the bracelet on top on the counter and told her to pick, she didn’t give prices or recommend anything. If my little sister wasn’t so excited to get a bracelet, I wouldn’t have purchased at this store.

This was my first purchase in pandora after recommending by my friend. I was so excited but I really had highly bad experience with lady. Highly bad customer service.She was not nice. She showing us everything so Russ. She was not listening us.she even don’t give my bill too.I pay cash and my friend pay by credit . She put all in one bill even not asking us. My experience was highly very bad with this service.

The saleperson was extremely rude. they have to be more nice when we approached to them and make eye contact with us.I feel really bad every questions i ask her answers was no with bat attitude that sad they working there if there are not happy….

Went at the store 1730, first time purchasing pandora. Sales lady told me in inappropriate way of why touching rings without sanitizing. And said you touched the bracelet too. I said you should’ve told me before before I purchased the bracelet. Well im sorry I touched it without sanitizing. The other sales lady laugh rudely. I don’t mind sanitizing. But there’s no politeness or atleast saying it properly. Hence it was so rude. I will never go back on that pandora nor buy anything in pandora. Customer service of that store ruined my admirable on Pandora.

The sales associate named Nelly at Northpark center in Dallas was very rude and unfriendly. When I asked her to see rings, instead of showing me options, we kept on blurting out “what size”? Even though I said I dont know, instead of helping me with sizing she unprofessionally kept asking for my size before showing me the options. She also said “why not get it here in store instead of looking through online?” Terrible service. Regret purchasing from her.

Upon entering the store at 1740, I was not greeted by any of the three sales associates. Two were sitting on the floor counting bracelets and the other one was just writing in the charm book.
