Received a Pandora bracelet for my birthday in November. Second week in December, the bracelet fell off my wrist and the clasp broke. I was not able to make it to a Pandora store until Friday December 27th at Northpark Mall (Dallas, several miles from my residence). I explained there was a problem with the clasp. 2 associates looked at the clasp and determined nothing wrong. Yet, when I got home and tried it on, the clasp did not work because it was broken still. The next day I went to Stonebriar Mall's (Frisco, TX) Pandora. I was assisted by a greeter who said I would have wait for the manager to finish assisting another customer. When she finally finished with that customer, she went on to another customer, making me wait an unreasonable amount of time. The manager told me they did not have that style in stock. Did not apologize for me waiting and said I could drive to another mall that had stock. Did not offer to order the item or any kind of customer service. Is this the kind experience Pandora wants it customers to have? If so, I have purchased my last Pandora piece!!!! BTW, your dress code appears to be lacking for an upscale store.

I was in the store Friday evening & purchased 2 charms. I attached them when I got home & went out. Several hours after getting home I noticed neither of the new charms were still attached to my bracelet. I then frantically searched my home, I was able to find one in my entire house, the other must have fallen off while I was out. I took the defective charm back to the store explained what happened & showed the salesperson how easily the charm came off. I exchanged the defective charm out that I had but nothing was offered or done to remedy the lost charm. I was told to purchase a new one. I was in complete shock, the charm clearly was defective which was no fault of mine. I did not know this is the way Pandora chooses to do business.

The lady was rude and cut me off while I was asking a question. She questioned me on if I knew what product I was searching for and I was right in the end. Then she actually over charged me on a product even though the price was different.

Nelly G. was our sales person, and she was wonderful! She made it very easy for my boyfriend and I to pick my late birthday gift. She was very helpful and very kind. She complimented my top and made it so easy to pick a Pandora Rose Gold ring. I will definitely recommend any of my friends to her.

I emailed Marci at NorthPark in 2017 with an extensive email about the merchandise including suggestions for a new line/market niche and never heard back. I am very disappointed with Pandora’s lack of customer service. The associate who completed the purchas and helped me with my selection was stellar but the manager at this location was very unfriendly and didn’t even crack a smile. The employees seem very unhappy at this location. I would appreciate a good contact email to forward my extensive email from 2017.

I entered the store and was not even greeted by any of the two associates that where in the store. The associates continued their conversation while one was eating a pizza by the cashier. While I looked around I was not even asked if I needed any help or anything. I had to go to the associate my self to see if they had the item I was looking for. After I was helped by the associate she didn’t even seem to care to help. This is the second time I enter this store and the associates their seem to not care to help all races or ages. Please do don’t judge a book by its cover. Just because someone does not look like they have money does not mean your treat them different.

The saleswoman was very unfriendly, arrogant, aloof and impatient. Her approach was curt and terse as though we were an interruption and imposed on her personal space. It was the last day of our visit and wanted to get the bracelet, hence my continuation with the transaction with great hesitation. She concluded our transaction with ‘here’ upon delivery of the bracelet.

My first visit to pandora was not a pleasant one. I was not acknowledged or greeted upon entering the small store even though there was at least 2 employees standing by the case. Not even a small. Why even work with the public if you can not do the simplest task of a hello and smile?

After I purchased, the sale assistant did not want to give me a box for my charms with bracelets,she said that I do not buy enough money for the purchase so she will not give me a box, that's horrible attitude to me and it's so rude! I will not come back to that store again, but I love PANDORA maybe I just buy online from Pandora.net...for the store that I was purchased, I am so disappointed
