We made a purchase about a week ago and the service was great. Today we came back to exchange a bracelet that we ordered online but ordered too small and they were extremely nice enough to size us and even tell us about the clips we purchased being the wrong ones, so they brought out the correct clips and did an exchange. Super easy and nice!!!
