Our sales person was very attentive and helpful. Good selection of charms and bracelets. Store was busy at one point but there seemed to be plenty of staff to help most of the customers.

The staff person, Julie S., was very helpful. I learned so much about my Pandora bracelet and charms, clips, clasps, etc. and how to care for my jewelry. She also showed me ways to choose other Pandora merchandise for my bracelet and introduced me to other jewelry which I had not seen. She made thoughtful recommendations, was pleasant and personable.

Brian, the sales associate, was very friendly and efficient with quickly processing the exchange.

I went to the store looking for a gift for our daughter-in-law. Brian found exactly what I was looking for, showed me an additional item & I bought both.
