Our sales representative Brian is literally the man. Usually I have extreme anxiety about shopping but Brian put me right at ease and helped my friend and I find pieces that we loved and complimented us. Honestly the best shopping experience I have ever had. 11/10 would recommend.

I had done some shopping at a Orlando store, got a beautiful bracelet, but I couldn't figure out how to get my charms on, it was a twist on and off type of thing and didn't realize that when I got it. I was going to exchange the bracelet, only to be told it was a final sale that my other sales lady didn't inform me of. But Veronika was very sweet and understanding as she helped me with my putting my bracelet back together on the new one without judging me on the fact it was a twist on/off. She even talked me into getting two clips for my bracelet so my charms wouldn't get broken or stuck on anything. All in all 10/10 overall experience

I entered the store being unsure of just what I was looking for beyond a charm to celebrate my get away trip. The sales clerk ran with my idea of something “beach” and showed me several charms with palm trees, shells and the like. Those were beautiful, but not quite what i was looking for, so the clerk looked for blue charms - my favorite color and represents the sky and water, waves- i left with not one but two beautiful charms to celebrate a get away with special memories.

My sales person, Brian was very helpful and fun to have assist me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ring that I was looking for and how it would fit me. The price I paid was definitely worth the visit, I am truly satisfied. I will be returning in the next month or so for another purchase
