I was shopping for my wife for Valentine’s Day and Kaitlin was extremely helpful. Kaitlin showed me several things to buy and ultimately helped me make my final decision. My wife and I shop at pandora a few times out the year and we are always satisfied with the product as well as the customer service.

I enjoy all of my pandora jewerly. Marcy is a wonderful associate and spent time with me picking out the right cross and necklace to match.

Lynnette was very helpful and helped me navigate through all the appropriate charms for my wife for Valentine's day. She was very knowledgeable about the product and skillfully and efficiently gift-wrapped my selections. Like a typical male, I hate shopping, but Lynette's positive attitude and helpfulness made for a pleasant shopping experience. All the other staff were friendly and courteous as well. The store was clean and organized, and I felt like a valued customer.

I’m new to Pandora even though I have longed for a Pandora starter bracelet for years. Marcy F explained “Everything I needed to know about Pandora charm bracelets but were afraid to ask.” LOL Marcy was an expert. She answered every question I posed and made clear to me available options to begin my Pandora bracelet. I purchased a starter kit so to speak and I left the store happily and confidently with my bracelet with spacers and my first Pandora charm and a cleaning kit packaged with a heart shaped bracelet opener. I am very anxious to return and purchase more charms. And because I’m a very cautious conscientious jewelry wearer, a safety chain.

I was stuck on I-75, the sales lady Lynette agree to hold my items until the next day. I, purchased a pearl necklace at Christmas. I called to order matching earrings. Lynette agreed to place a hold on the item for me. I was at the store in the UTC mall in Sarasota. Ashley who I spoke to earlier located Lynette’s note and had the earrings waiting for me. We purchased 12-15 items for family members over the last three years. I already have another gift picked out for my wife’s b/day in May
