Friendly atmosphere ! Helpers very personal and very helpful . The store itself was a little crowded somewhat.

The Holiday shopping can be a problem with waiting in line. The method of next served with an assigned associate was appreciated to expedite my purchase. The sales experience was pleasant and efficient.

I was able to tell the associate what I was looking for without the book and found everything I wanted.

Sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was very adept in maneuvering through a very crowded store. Owner was the one wrapping packages. She was extremely kind and pleasant. Seemed very happy with her position and in her store.

Despite it being the holidays and having to wait in line since the store was at capacity, all of the sales associates were kind, patient and made sure they assisted you without making you feel rushed or unappreciated.

Considering that it was Christmas shopping season, and a Saturday, and there was a Sale in place, there was a fairly large crowd of shoppers there to shop. And, considering the size/space of the store (which I would not call large), there are only so many sales women that can be there at one time. Taking all of this together, I thought they (the sales staff) did an excellent job of serving the shoppers. They maintained order when there could have easily been chaos. They remained very calm and cool, very disciplined and organized, and showed great “hustle” while I was there to shop and observe. I was really impressed with how well they managed under what I would consider to be difficult circumstances. I commend them all.

The store was very busy but a sales associate was immediately available to assist me with a purchase and didn’t rush me at all with my decision! Brian was pleasant polite and quite funny and I enjoyed his manner...my transaction was completed within 10 mins of entering the store!

Christmas shopping, store was packed with shoppers, very uncomfortable couldn't move couldn't see merchandise and was put on a waiting list to be helped. I shopped online and knew what I was in there for and even called ahead to make sure it was in stock. I asked one of the sales associates that took my name where I might see the bangle that was a free gift with purchase of certain amount or more. She went and got me one, showed me how it worked since I didn't know how Pandora worked. She explained everything, got me the bracelet I wanted and I was able to pick out a clip. Purchased my treasures and left.. Nothing like going to the head of the waiting list. Sales Associate was nice and helpful.
