Our sales clerk knew just where the charms I wanted to see were. She was Very patient ... I then wanted to look at several others . They were gifts and she wrapped them and she put a letter on the bottom of each bag so I would know who’s gifts they were!. Offered us water too! Thank you for a very nice experience ❤️🌴

I was looking for the Pandora "Club" limited edition charm. There weren't any available, except at a location over an hour's drive away. I was distressed, but your team then worked together, searching every nook and cranny in the store for awhile, and finally found the LAST one available in the area. They worked hard, then expertly wrapped it for me. I'm thrilled with their overall attitude and dedication to customers. They made my day, and this gift will make my 12 year old daughter's Christmas even MORE special. I am SO thankful to Dara (employee #172307) and her associate. THIS is first class treatment, and I couldn't be any happier.
