The staff at Pandora is very friendly. I love how they answered all my questions. They also told me everything about the sale they were having and what was included and excluded.

We went in because the safety chain we purchased was falling off the bracelet. Per online description the bracelet and safety chain were comparable. Well….turns out the bracelet was problematic. This is my daughters most beloved item she owns. The girls exchanged to bracelet and put the safety chain and charms on for her! Amazing! We then purchased another charm! Outstanding customer service!
