The reason for my visit was due to a broken clasp on my bracelet. Joana explained it was a promotional item and could not be replaced or repaired. An exchange was offered however the sentimental writing on the bracelet was important to me. Joana's quick problem solving skills and great customer service enabled me to keep my bracelet. Joana offered an alternate of having the broken clasp removed and adding end caps. She was wonderful!

I was visiting from from out of town and was looking for a keepsake for my time at the beach. The sales associate showed me several options and was patient while I made my selection.

I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The items we researched online were in stock and available for us to purchase.

I was very satisfied with visit to pandora at UTC mall because of Sales associate she was very friendly after telling her I was interested in a rose gold charms without asking which specific one I was interested In she brought most charms out so I can look at them without book. She also informed of one year warranty and explained to me to keep receipt and gift receipt Incase I bought the wrong size.
