Pandora Jewelry

I was in Pandora to purchase a group gift. It was Memorial weekend and a big sale was going on. The store was very busy, but I put my name on a sign up sheet and was helped very shortly. My sales clerk was wonderful in every way. She helped me select the correct bracelet and charm, she said I could take a picture of the bracelet for the group and she would wrap it and put it in a lovely Pandora bag. I spent over $100 and got a beautiful silver bracelet for myself as a special Memorial Day promotion. All in all.....it was a great experience!

My experience at Pandora was great because the employees were very helpful. The store was very clean as always and everything was very easy to find.

The sales person quickly addressed my concerns about finding a bracelet that would fit my wrist size. She suggested items based on what i was looking to express with my bracelet. She paid attention to me and helped me find the bracelet style and charms that fit my lifestyle and needs. I now have a beautiful bracelet that my family can add to for me in the future

Store was very crowed, as I expected, because I went the day before Mother's Day. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me to help pick a charm for her mom. I was ready to wait at least half an hour before my name was called from the wait list. I was called within 5 minutes. Associate took us right to what we wanted to see. She was very patient, as my daughter changed her mind every time she saw a new one. Overall, we were done in maybe 10 minutes. Waited the longest for the wrapping service, but is totally understandable. Again, it's the day before Mother's Day and I didn't mind. That is one of my favorite services provide. I always go back to this store because I have never been let down and always have a wonderful, quick and very courteous experience!!! This visit was no different!!!
