I was mostly satisfied of the selection of the product. Also, the experience of the sales associate who offered me a promotion that I was unaware of.

I went into the store to a bracelet clean. The sales Clerk name Marcy was so very helpful and knowledgeable that I ended up purchasing my very first Pandora bracelet. Thanks Marcy for that great customer service

I love the bracelets. I had a full one of memories and the clasp broke and i lost everything. The depression was sooo real. The sales that came within the month of march and April helped with getting my life and memories back❤️..

I was the only customer so I was treated very well with at least two helping me. I was upset because the item I wanted they were out of, but they helped me pick an alternate bauble. I was happy to have it gift wrapped also. Saved me from doing it.
