There were plenty of sales associates available and I had no wait. The Sales Associate that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable. It was just an overall great experience. They cleaned my bracelet and wrapped my gift, which I very much appreciated!

The employee assistance was amazing. An the merchandise you guys have is so glamorous. In I will be visiting that store more often now.

Christmas shopping can be somewhat stressful. Walked in the store,looked around and was greeted by a employee. She was very helpful answered all my questions. Will go back again for other things in mind.

I was helped right away and the associate was very friendly. I frequent this store a lot and they always recognize me and are very helpful. Since I am a frequent customer they also give me the new catalogue when it is released.

The staff is exceptional. Though the store wasn’t very busy , my daughter and I were immediately greeted . I was looking at a charm and the saleswoman told me about it . I asked if there were Harry Potter themed charms . Though there wasn’t , she suggested a book charm . Perfect gift for my friend . The lady wrapping gifts was awesome too !

Sales associate that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and patient, all the while being friendly and cordial. Enjoyed working with her.
