When I get to pandora I’m not sure what to get because there is a lot to pick from. But my assistant today she was very helpful the charms I got today I loved them.

Always highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Veronika is the best. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and she doesn't get irritated because I take too long deciding what to get. She's the best!!!

I had a necklace that I previously purchased from the store that wouldn’t stay closed. I lost one of my charms that meant a great deal to me. The saleswoman was very kind and understanding and made several good recommendations. She replaced the necklace for me and I purchased two spacers so that I wouldn’t lose any more charms.

The sales associate Vivian was beyond helpful. I went in the store just to look and walked out with the most beautiful ring. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The worker was very nice and friendly. The store was very clean and looked amazing. Their selection in my size was very grand and I was so happy when they had the ring I wanted in my size!

I came into the store about 20 minutes prior to them closing to pick up a ring after work. When I tried on the ring, it was too big. The associate Janeisha asked me if I was satisfied and I admitted that the ring was too big but I understand that they were closing soon. She offered to get the next size down for me. I accepted and she went to grab it for me. Unfortunately they did not have the ring I ordered in the size I needed. I told her I’d accept the bigger size. She asked, are you sure? I wasn’t and I was honest. She helped me pick out a new ring. I am happier with this ring that she helped me choose.
